Fool you

I have grown these for years ,great for salsa . I like to smoke them then dehydrate them . I put them into mason jar with oxygen remover packet the jar seals itself . I remove them for seasoning for chili, salsa etc, I run them thru a coffee grinder it makes them like a powder.

Not hot!

I have raised this pepper several years now, and it is perfect for my family. A little blink of spiciness, I've used them fresh, frozen and dehydrated. Unlike some hot peppers, the germination rate is really good.

Low germination rate

So far the germination rate is less than 50%. Not good when I only received 12 seeds.

I can only voice opinion based on past experience, as we have not started this one as yet. Way too early to start the seeds, don't plant peppers until mid April or later. My daughter simply loves them, they sprouted, grew and produce. Like the ad said, just like a jalapeno without the heat, good producer.

Great flavor and reliable producer

This will be my 3rd year growing these. They were still producing long after my other peppers had stopped last year. Everyone loves the flavor. They are a great size for stuffing with cheese and wrapping with bacon. They are also great fresh or canned.
