How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but changes must be made before your order ships. To change or cancel a seed order, please call our Customer Service team.
How do I check the status of my order? Log in to your account by clicking “Login” in the top-right corner of our homepage. Prefer to speak with someone? Call our Customer Service team.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your interest in Seeds ’n Such.
How much is shipping? We charge a $5.99 flat rate for all U.S. orders.
What is your return policy? Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please click here to view our Warranty and Refund Policy.
What is your germination guarantee? All our seeds are tested and meet or exceed Federal Seed Act germination standards. If you experience issues, please notify us within 45 days of receipt.
Are your seeds non-GMO? Yes. All Seeds ’n Such seeds are Non-GMO, and most are untreated. Treated seeds are clearly labeled.
How should I store unused seeds? Keep seeds in an airtight container, stored in a cool, dark place. Properly stored seeds are typically viable for at least one year.
Can I receive plants out of season? No. Plants ship directly from our growing stations during their designated seasons, based on your location’s climate.
Do you have a retail store? We don’t have a public retail location. Customers near Augusta, GA may call Customer Service to arrange a pickup. Click here to learn more about In-Warehouse orders.
What’s the difference between heirloom and hybrid seeds? Heirlooms are open-pollinated, traditional varieties that can be saved and replanted. Hybrids are crosses bred for traits like vigor or disease resistance, but seeds usually won’t reproduce true to type.
