The ‘Creasy Green’ of the South. Peppery flavored green used in sandwiches, salads, soups and garnishes. Starts slowly but then becomes long standing and slow bolting. Dark green rosettes of glossy, rounded leaves.

    Great germination! Quick grower. I loved the flavor when they were seedlings. Like a strong cross of basil and mint. The longer they grew, the flavor became stronger, more peppery, and had a hint of licorice. Plant is 5 stars, taste is not quite as good to me.
