Growing Red Brandymaster Hybrid Beefsteak Tomato

‘Red Brandymaster’ is a hybrid beefsteak tomato prized for combining Brandywine-style flavor with improved productivity and reliability. Deep red fruits average about 10 to 14 ounces and contain meaty flesh with a rich, balanced sweet-acid flavor.

Start ‘Red Brandymaster’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants 24 to 36 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Vigorous plants are noted for good disease resistance.

Ready to harvest in about 80 days, pick fruits once they reach full size and deep red maturity.

Rich, meaty, and balanced, ‘Red Brandymaster’ is excellent for slicing, salads, and sandwiches.

Great flavor

Great flavor, especially if you like a little more tartness than sugar. Big, mostly healthy plants. They will crack if you over-fertilize and over-water, so cut down on both when the fruits start to get full size.
