‘Purple Zebra’ is an award-winning hybrid tomato and 2022 All-America Selections Winner prized for its beauty, flavor, and exceptional productivity. Deep red skin is streaked with green over vivid mahogany-red flesh, while the flavor balances rich tomato character with mild smoky sweetness.
Start ‘Purple Zebra’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants about 24 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Plants are noted for excellent disease resistance.

These are great when eaten fresh. Good size for a quick snack. They are sweet, tangy, and firm enough to eat like a peach without falling apart. The skin is also easy to chew.

Excellent flavor, moderately productive, moderate disease tolerance, crack resistant, uniform size and quality fruit. Not a large fruit but among the best for consistent flavor and quality. Never cat faced, great tomato for south east Pennsylvania.
