My favorite tomato

I nursed three surviving Juliet plants through a hot and dry Texas summer with daily watering, and in the early fall, they repaid me in crops of hundreds of fruits; a thousand or more from those three. I was able to supply 7-8 quart ziplock to neighbors, and as i write, I still have about 100 ripe ones on 10 January 2025. They're tasty, keep well for at least a few months, and picking green ones before first frost has let them ripen slowly for a steady supply into the new year.

Bullet Proof Juliet

Yea, this tomato is bullet proof. Produces longer, Disease resistant, ripens well after picking, Sets bloom in a higher air temp[ like on the third coast-Texas gulf coast] Great shelf life. I have been around the sun 74 times and this might be the tomatoes I take to heaven. LOL

great as sun-dried tomato

My husband ate one as cherry tomato, and commented, "it's just an average tomato, like ones you got from a grocery store. Not juicy at all." I decided to give it another chance. I dehydrated a batch in my air fryer, and the process completely changed the profile. They have a rich, complex tomato flavor and so sweet! Much better than any sun-dried tomato you can find in stores. The fruit is very crack resistant and prolific. I got 5 pint jars from one plant. My husband now is saving the last jar for special occasions.

prolific viner with fantastic flavor

You need to savor this one to appreciate the full spectrum of its flavor. It vines prolifically so needs a lot of support.

Favorite

This is one of my favorite tomato varieties. I use it for salads and for sauce. Very prolific and long-lasting; continues to produce after my other varieties stop.
