Start with the 30-in. spread of the Waves®, petunias, paint with an intense, indigo-blue color and finish with an arresting fragrance of roses, honey and hyacinths. Only 5 to 8-in. high, but loaded with a multitude of 2½ to 3 in. blooms. Fabulous in hanging baskets and containers but even better as a ground cover. Pelleted seed. Half-Hardy Annual.
