Zinnys Are My Favorite!

I'm a long time customer. I purchase lots of zinnia seed; all colors, all varieties, different heights, etc....I always have great success. Never noticed a low germination rate as I mix seeds and direct sow. Love S N S seeds and their pricing!

Poor germination

I purchased to packs of the red and one of the mixed colors. The listing says 10-12 seeds per package. There were 10 in each and a few looked like pieces. I planted the 30 inside under lights like my other vegetables and of the 30, 14 germinated. Not even 50%!!!!. I emailed the company and got no response about the pathetic germination. Those that did sprout, they are doing great.

Gorgeous Red

These have been my favorite this year. They are shorter and multi branching. I have already bought more seeds for next year. Only one negative (although same issue with all my zinnias) is that they get powdery mildew on leaves. I do live in a very humid area.
