‘Dragon’ is a striking hybrid fennel prized for its large, elongated white bulbs, sweet flavor, and aromatic, juicy flesh. Upright plants produce dense bulbs topped with lush, dark green fronds, giving this variety both strong garden appeal and excellent kitchen value. Its later maturity also helps extend the fennel harvest beyond earlier varieties.
