Growing Roxanne Hybrid Radish

‘Roxanne’ is an award-winning hybrid radish and 2015 All-America Selections Winner prized for its reliability, wide adaptability, and bright red roots. Perfectly round radishes develop crisp, snappy flesh that maintains good flavor even when the roots become larger than usual.

Sow ‘Roxanne’ directly in the garden about ½ inch deep and space plants about 2 inches apart. Grow in full sun. This cold-tolerant variety handles warmer conditions well and is also suited to containers.

Ready to harvest in about 27 days, pull roots once they reach the desired size while the flesh remains crisp and tender.

Crunchy, dependable, and mild, ‘Roxanne’ is excellent for fresh eating, salads, snacking, and pickling.

No issues with these seeds just the lettuce that we ordered was not good!

Roxanne Radish

Too pungent. Grew well, did not get woody. Cherry Belle has better flavor

Taste great. Germination was good. Just now starting to pick them as the weather has been cool and rainy.

Tried these several years ago and they produced so much better all season long that I always order them again. It’s a winner

Have planted these for several years now and they have become a favorite. Good size, very crisp and weather tolerant. We use them in salads and by themselves.
