I love the little tender Zephyr Squash

I love the tender little, tender Zephyr squash. (Of they will grow very big if allowed). They are so beautiful and eaten young are tender and delicious.

The earliest producer of any Zuciciney-type squash, Used the same as any zucchini Always the first thing to mature in the garden. Maybe a little better flavor, Might just be the old-time looking color, But think it taste better goon texture

Taste and performance!

We love this squash! More flavor than regular yellow summer squash. Very attractive and seems to extra disease resistant. Yes, it gets beaten down eventually like all the other summer squashes, but it goes almost throughout the whole summer. We are basing this on 4 years of growing this variety. Very productive.
