Cucumber Seed which I never received

What a fiasco, I was shorted on my initial order of seeds, I called and you sent the pkt of cucumber seed to a bad address and it was returned to you, I called again and was promised that you would resend the seed. Never happened, So I called again (third time call) and had to leave a message and was told that you would return my call, that was probably 3 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting . What is going on with Seeds n Such?
