This is my second year of growing this pepper and I'm in zone 6A.
It is early-mid August and some of the peppers are starting to turn a beautiful red color. I posted a couple photos to show you what my plants look like. I've been happy with this variety.

I too have had poor germination. I bought 3 packets of these peppers in April, 2025 to use in 2026. 2 of 8 seeds germinated in the first packet. I checked the 75% germination warranty and found that problems have to be reported within 45 days so I am SOL. Seeds And Such will not get any more of my business. Better quality is available elsewhere.

I am very disappointed in the germination rate of these peppers. I only had two of these germinate out of the small packet. All my other peppers germinated well in the same conditions and are thriving, ready to be transplanted into the garden this weekend. I tried contacting customer service, but have had no response. Bummer!
