Growing Quick Snack Hybrid Mini Cucumber

Quick Snack Hybrid Mini Cucumber Seeds bring crunchy, sweet cucumbers to gardeners with limited space. A 2024 “People’s Choice” Green Thumb Award Winner and part of the Kitchen Minis™ series, this compact variety is specifically bred for indoor gardening and small containers. No garden? No problem—Quick Snack is designed to thrive on patios, balconies, and sunny windowsills.

Maturing in about 40 days, Quick Snack produces an abundance of dark green, cocktail-sized cucumbers that are crisp, juicy, and pleasantly sweet. For best flavor and texture, harvest fruits at about 1½–2½ inches long. Plants benefit from a small trellis or support, helping keep the mini cucumbers clean and easy to pick. As a parthenocarpic variety, Quick Snack requires no pollination, making it especially reliable indoors or in spaces with limited pollinator activity.

If you want fresh cucumbers right from your kitchen or patio, Quick Snack Hybrid Mini Cucumber Seeds are an excellent choice. Enjoy them straight off the vine as a snack, sliced into salads, or added to veggie trays—all from compact plants that fit beautifully into a modern, space-saving garden.

Love these cukes!

I got the Quick Snack seeds to grow hydroponically indoors and had great success! They grew fast and taste delicious. I got lots of cukes from just one plant so I had to grow more. All the seeds I started grew and produced! I will definitely purchase these again!

Wow! Just Wow!

I had 100% germination rate. The vines grew well in 5 gallon pots. They started producing cucumbers very quickly and they are still producing. Very heavy yields. The only issue is they don’t store well. The cucumbers have to be eaten within 2 days or they start to get soggy. Other than that, great taste and heavy yields. I’ll definitely be growing these again.

So tasty

Like others said, they germinated quickly. They also matured very fast. Planted in a raised bed on a short trellis , and they take up very little space. these have put on cukes that are so tasty. No need to peel. I just wash and eat the whole thing. Kids love them. I discovered letting them get really plump made them even tastier! They are a very dark green with a pretty much seedless center. Small and cute
