Not resistant to blight as advertised

I ordered Mountain Merit specifically because its description in the catalog says it's one of the tomatoes most resistant to blight. I have now seen two in my garden (Norfolk, VA) shrivel up with early blight. Both plants were 4'+ tall and have around 20 unripe tomatoes on each. Going to pull them up this week.
I'm going to plant 3 more Merits to replace the diseased ones. We'll see if a later planting date makes any difference.

Poor germination Mountain Merit

I was shocked that there were only 5 seeds in the pack. Of those 5 only 1 germinated. Similar experience on other seeds purchased. One and done customer

Tomato failure

Hi, I received from you folks a packet of Mountain Merit seeds and a packet of Inca Marigold seeds. Their germination percentage was very low. I got one each to germinate of these. I even had them on a germination mat.
I would like an explanation of this failure and a refund.
