White squash

Last year I planted 5 mounds of mashed potato squash, these are fantastic, taste a bit sweet and very good just roasted, has become a favorite in our family, cant wait to plant more this year and the crop was quite abundant and is a good winter storage too

Easy and delicious!

These are my new favorite squash. They were a champ this year when vine borers got all my other squash. They had about 3-4 squash per plant and most were a decent size. I found them to be more vining then bush and wish I had trellised them all instead of just a few.
They taste like mashed potatoes with just a hint of sweetness. They are easy to prepare and taste great. Texture is like potatoes too. Winner!
