Wonderful Tomato Plant

I absolutely love this tomato plant and the tomato. It tastes great and I will always try and grow this one. I just have one question though.... Whats the difference between Heirloom Black and Cherokee Carbon? both are the product of breeding Cherokee Purple and Carbon. Am I missing something?

Great new tomato

I grew a "Black" hybrid tomato plant from seed (from Seeds n Such) in 2023. I was impressed with the fast growth and number of tomatoes on my plant. Flavor is wonderful, and the plant exhibits the strong growth of a hybrid. Tomatoes are more round, exhibiting the shape of a hybrid (also known as "grocery store" type). I will definitely grow them again in 2024!
