I have planted these for two years now, both spring and fall in zone 7b. I get a decent large head followed by tons of "broccolini" (small heads). The yield lasts up till the summer heat.

We have already eaten this broccoli

These seeds were quick to sprout and produce plants in Florida's summer - when little will grow due to the heat. We put them in pots and in a shed for the hurricane but they lived through it and have produced eatable broccoli. The head and stems have a mild flavor but you still know it's broccoli.
