Horrible germination and growth

These were the worse experience I’ve had growing impatience in over 30 years of growing them. Poor germination then one by one the plants started dying off. I know what I’m doing so it’s not me. Very disappointed

I have (5) well established seedlings under Lights and Heat Pad on my basement Floral Cart. Will nourish them until time to transplant them in Hanging Baskets. Only complaint: just 50% germination.
