Good germination rate about 80 %

My plants are still in the seedling stage (about a month in the ground) pretty solid germination rate. Probably above 80%. It’s still too early to produce fruit, so it’s a wait a see.

Germination of these pepper seeds was great (although about a week later than in the past), but their production of peppers in the garden after transplanting was poor.

Huge peppers, thick walls, prolific

One of my favorite bell peppers. HUGE peppers, up to 5" long in my little garden, with thick, juicy walls. I had 9 huge peppers on the average plant, which only grew about 16" tall, which made the plants look funny, but they were stunning. Not all that susceptible to blossom-end rot, even while purple and black peppers in the same raised bed succumbed to it. Biggest, most flavorful bell peppers, and by far the most prolific of any bell pepper I have raised the last 25 years.
