The best harvest

I am a newer gardener and have struggled with squash and not getting very many, but these have been amazing! Continuously blooms getting a couple a week per plant. I will definitely be ordering more.

Spotty germination

I really like this squash. Great texture and taste. I have however had a problem with germination. It is not your company’s fault, I’ve had it with others as well. Thank you for replacing my second pack. I did have some what better luck, 1 out of 3 germinated.

Low germination rate

Only 3 of the 15 seeds germinated and came up. I planted Dunja and Tromboncino in the same Pro-mix organic and they all came up just fine before the projected germination date. Same with my cukes, so the grow medium seems to be OK. 3 days ago I planted the remaining 12 of the Bossa Nova and am anxiously waiting to see what happens with them.

Disappointed! Only 3 seeds out of 8 I planted came up and one is deformed. the other squash, cucumbers and tomato seeds I purchased all came up. Planted in Burpees organic seed stater mix with worm castings mixed in, also on a seed starting heating pad,

have grown Bossa Nova exclusively for past 6 yrs...far superior in every way to any zucchini I'd previously grown...they're very quick to fruit(& fruit over a long period),are disease resistant, have superior flavor & freeze beautifully(holding flavor & firmness even after 6 months or more)
