The best bell pepper you probably have never heard of! Almost exclusively grown by roadside-stand operators and growers for farmers markets. Perhaps the largest of all bells, Aristotle’s size is an enormous with unsurpassed disease resistance, including 3 races of bacterial spot. Three to 4-lobed, blocky peppers ripen from deep green to red and are borne on fairly compact plants. Try this variety for the biggest, most disease-resistant bells yet!

Very poor germimation

I am very disappointed in the germination rate of these peppers. I have ZERO seedlings out of this very small packet. All my other peppers germinated well in the same conditions and are thriving, ready to be transplanted into the garden this weekend. I tried contacting customer service, but have had no response. Bummer!

Aristotle X3R is a great sweet bell pepper

I first grew Aristotle X3R bell peppers last season. I usually grow several varieties of bell peppers as well as some hot peppers. I really liked Aristotle X3R. I had a good yield and the peppers were really nice and had a great flavor.
