I believe these were a freebie and, yes they were the first to produce, and in large quantities, too. I didn' think the taste was anything special and the size (about an inch in diameter) made it difficult for me to decide what to do with them--too small to slice and and too large to use whole. I think I'd just stick with the Sungold cherry tomato--by far the sweetest of all the tomatoes I grew this year.

Great little tomato

I received a trial packet and gave them a try. I don’t usually grow cherry type tomatoes, but these are a little bigger than average and a little more versatile. I grew them in the ground in MN. Prolific! At the end of the season, I picked the last couple of pounds, and they made a wonderful tomato confit.

Didn't grow

Only 2 plants came up and after 2 months inside under grow lights they are only 2 inches high. I bought some flats from a farmers market to grow.

Great small cherry tomato!!

Wow, what a fun tomato plant to grow. The fruits have a great golden to orange color. They are also sweet. My plants were prolific. Give them a try.

True to their name

I was very surprised how early the vines produced, even in the challenging climate of the high desert. The fruits are on the small side, but the vines are heavy producers that will keep going all summer. The vines can grow pretty large. I grew mine in containers, but next year I plan to set them in the ground.
