I have grown this squash for 2 years now..It is a very good producer even here in the rainy, cool nights, of Skagit county in Washington state.. I am at the base of the Cascade mountains so the nights are always very cool, in the 50’s even in the summer..This squash did just as good outside as it did in my little 6 x 8 green house. I kept a big squash inside through the winter just sitting on my kitchen counter.. I wanted to see how well it kept..SURPRISE! I just today cut it open and it was still very good! That means it stored inside at our house temp with no problem.. We heat our house about 66* all through the winter..Sooo, a GREAT tasting squash..light and smooth and a touch of sweetness..It also cooks quicker than other varieties for me..I LOVE it cut up and cooked in my spaghetti sauce.. TRY these..I will not be without them in my garden since the first year I grew them..Good luck and happy eating..
