Very productive and delicious

I run a food forest and love growing all sorts of funky varieties of fruits/veggies. The Chef's Choice Pink tomato was chosen for its color, but I've learned over the last two years of growing it that the seedlings survive over other varieties, so I end up with more Pink tomato plants. The fruits themselves are decent sized (medium) and taste delicious. The pink color varies from a soft magenta to a slightly-less-bright hot pink. I use these both for fresh eating and in recipes (salsa, pasta sauce, in stews, etc.). This is one of my favorite tomatoes and I didn't honestly expect it to be. I just bought it for its color and came out with a winner!

Huge and delicious!

I grew these last summer and they were a hit with the family. They weren't just delicious but also HUGE! I'll be growing them again this summer.
