This improved, early maturing, Georgia-type collard grows much quicker and more uniformly than most open pollinated varieties. Harvest early for sweet flavored baby leaves or grow to maturity for market bunching of sweet, crisp, blue-green leaves. This highly productive variety is excellent for “cut and come again” harvesting for salads and sandwiches as regrowth is rapid. Suitable for indoor growing.
