‘Kickstart’ is a hybrid bell pepper prized for its early maturity, dependable yields, and thick-walled fruits. Glossy, blocky peppers measure about 3½ by 3¼ inches, can weigh up to 9 ounces, and mature from rich green to vibrant red.
Start ‘Kickstart’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants 18 to 24 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Compact, upright plants are well suited to containers and smaller gardens and are noted for good disease resistance.
