Growing Phantomita Hybrid Mini Pumpkin

‘Phantomita’ is a miniature pumpkin prized for its striking tricolor pattern and bold modern appearance. Deeply ribbed, disk-shaped fruits feature a lime-green base accented by dark green speckles and bright green-to-yellow striping, creating a pixelated look unlike traditional pumpkins.

Plant ‘Phantomita’ seeds about 1 inch deep, space plants 24 to 36 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Compact, semi-bush vines are well suited to containers, smaller gardens, and intensive plantings and are noted for disease resistance.

Ready to harvest in about 100 days, pick the 1- to 1½-pound fruits once their characteristic coloring and mature rind are fully developed.

Colorful, compact, and distinctive, ‘Phantomita’ is excellent for centerpieces, crafts, market displays, containers, roasting, baking, everyday cooking, and ornamental plantings.
