Space Hybrid Spinach

‘Space’ is a hybrid spinach prized for its huge yields, crisp leaves, and excellent adaptability. Smooth, rounded dark green foliage is held upright on vigorous plants and delivers a juicy, sweet flavor balanced by a pleasant tang.

Sow ‘Space’ directly in the garden about ½ inch deep and space plants 4 to 6 inches apart. Grow in full sun to partial shade. This cold-tolerant variety resists bolting, handles heat well, is suited to containers, and offers resistance to multiple races of downy mildew.

Ready to harvest in about 40 days, pick leaves at the size you prefer. Plant in early spring, early summer, and fall for multiple seasonal harvests.

Crisp, sweet, and tangy, ‘Space’ is excellent for fresh eating, salads, sautéing, and everyday cooking.
