Growing Ozark Beauty Everbearing Strawberry Plants

‘Ozark Beauty’ is a popular everbearing strawberry variety prized for its large, sweet berries, reliable production, and extended harvest season. Vigorous plants can produce two to three crops per year, providing flavorful red berries from late spring through fall.

Plant ‘Ozark Beauty’ in full sun, spacing plants 12 to 18 inches apart in rows 3 to 4 feet apart. Set each plant so the crown sits at soil level, taking care not to bury it. Choose rich, well-drained soil with a pH of about 5.8 to 6.5, keep the soil evenly moist throughout the growing season, and apply mulch to help retain moisture and suppress weeds. A light feeding every 4 to 6 weeks can help support continued production.

As an everbearing variety, ‘Ozark Beauty’ produces multiple harvests throughout the season, typically beginning in early summer with additional crops later in summer and fall. Cold-hardy and well suited to USDA Zones 4–8, it performs well in both traditional garden beds and containers.

Sweet, firm, and versatile, ‘Ozark Beauty’ strawberries are excellent for fresh eating, preserves, desserts, and freezing. Its combination of extended production, strong garden performance, and excellent flavor makes it a dependable choice for home gardeners.

Shipping Notice: This item ships directly from our grower on a separate seasonal schedule from Seeds ’n Such seed orders. Live plants ship when weather conditions are suitable for your USDA zone. A flat $12 Live Plant Shipping Fee applies to each order containing berry plants.

Hope they make it

Received 22 bare root plants. Of those 22, 3 crowns had no or less than 2" of roots. In this same order I bought Earliglow as well and they were worse. I only had 5 of 23 survive transplant.
I am normally overjoyed with SNS - seeds, I blame this on the grower you selected to ship these plants.
I'll just stick to seeds from you going forward.
