One of our sweetest beets yet! Merlin is a very high-performing, disease-resistant, great tasting variety known for its robust growth, adaptability, and its 12-15% sugar content. Crimson colored stems grow tall atop deep burgundy, round, uniform and smooth, 3 to 4-in. roots. Its excellent texture and full-bodied, sweet flavor profile make it wonderful when roasted! Highly bolt resistant plants resist numerous diseases.
