‘Warrior Bunching’ is an award-winning green onion and 2016 All-America Selections Winner prized for its quick growth, crisp texture, and rich, pungent flavor. Slender dark green stalks reach about ½ inch thick and develop small, tidy bases while holding well in the garden for an extended harvest window.
Start ‘Warrior Bunching’ indoors for transplanting or sow directly where conditions allow. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep and space plants 2 to 6 inches apart. Grow in full sun. Its compact growth makes this variety especially well suited to containers and smaller gardens.
Ready to harvest in about 60 days, pull or cut the crisp upright stalks once they reach the size you prefer.
