Bouquet Dill
Growing Bouquet Dill
‘Bouquet’ is an open-pollinated dill prized for its classic flavor, abundant foliage, and dependable seed production. One of the most widely grown dill varieties, its fresh leaves bring distinctive flavor to the kitchen while mature seed heads are especially useful for pickling.
Start ‘Bouquet’ indoors for transplanting or sow directly where conditions allow. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep and space plants 12 to 18 inches apart. Grow in full sun. This variety is also well suited to containers.
Ready to begin harvesting in about 55 days, cut fresh foliage as needed or allow the flower heads to mature when growing for seed.
Fresh, aromatic, and versatile, ‘Bouquet’ is excellent for pickling, salads, fish dishes, and everyday cooking.
