Growing Aphrodite Mix Alyssum

‘Aphrodite Mix’ is a colorful open-pollinated alyssum blend prized for its compact growth, long bloom season, and warm range of flower colors. This eye-catching mix includes red, apricot, purple, pink, white, salmon, and an unusual lemon shade, creating a soft, varied display that works beautifully in beds, borders, edgings, and containers.

Surface sow ‘Aphrodite Mix’ seeds and space plants 6 to 8 inches apart. Grow in full sun. Germination typically takes 5 to 14 days. Its compact growth habit makes this variety especially well suited to containers and smaller gardens.

Ready to bloom in about 60 days, enjoy the flowers as they open and reach their best display stage. Plants can begin flowering early in the season and continue providing color over a long period.

Colorful, compact, and long blooming, ‘Aphrodite Mix’ is an excellent choice for ornamental beds, borders, edgings, containers, and landscape plantings.

Didn’t sprout.

I was hoping to grow a border but not a single seed sprouted. The conditions were good for sprouting when I planted and other flowers I planted came up. Very disappointed.
