Old Mexico Microgreens Mix
Growing Old Mexico Microgreens Mix
‘Old Mexico’ is an open-pollinated microgreens blend prized for its colorful mixture of flavors, textures, and tender young growth. Red beets, coriander, cabbages, radishes, and pepper cress combine to create a lively mix with both mild and spicy notes.
Plant ‘Old Mexico’ seeds about ¼ inch deep and space them about ½ inch apart. Grow in full sun. This cold-tolerant blend is especially well suited to containers and smaller growing spaces. Sow regularly for a continuous supply of fresh microgreens.
Ready to harvest in about 30 days, cut the tender young growth once it reaches the desired height and sow another crop for ongoing harvests.
Colorful, fresh, and flavorful, ‘Old Mexico’ is excellent for salads, sandwiches, garnishes, wraps, and everyday fresh eating.
