‘Space’ is a hybrid spinach prized for its huge yields, crisp leaves, and excellent adaptability. Smooth, rounded dark green foliage is held upright on vigorous plants and delivers a juicy, sweet flavor balanced by a pleasant tang.
Sow ‘Space’ directly in the garden about ½ inch deep and space plants 4 to 6 inches apart. Grow in full sun to partial shade. This cold-tolerant variety resists bolting, handles heat well, is suited to containers, and offers resistance to multiple races of downy mildew.
