No germination at all. Total crop failure.

There are many great products here, but Red Express cabbage is the absolute worst. Zero germination, and I can't return the seeds because I missed the return window. It was already too late to plant them last season when they arrived. Tried for the fall and now spring and not one seed germinated while all of my other cabbage varieties were unstoppable in their emergence.
