Growing Husky Hybrid Tomato

‘Husky’ is a hybrid tomato prized for combining controlled plant size with extended fruit production. Large, bright red fruits develop on plants that offer the continuous harvest of an indeterminate while maintaining a more manageable growth habit.

Start ‘Husky’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants 12 to 14 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Plants require little pruning, work well with short stakes, and are suited to large pots and smaller gardens.

Ready to harvest in about 68 days, pick fruits once they reach full size and bright red maturity.

Flavorful, productive, and manageable, ‘Husky’ is excellent for fresh eating and slicing.
