21 days baby, 45 days mature. A unique strong flavor from the greens and the edible small, orange and yellow blooms. Cut leaves when 4 to 8 in. tall for a zesty addition to salads, sushi, stir fry, soups and stews. Sow more thickly than other greens. 18 to 24-in. tall.
