Growing Better Boy Hybrid Slicing Tomato

‘Better Boy’ is a classic hybrid slicing tomato prized for its balanced flavor, remarkable productivity, and dependable garden performance. Smooth, deep red fruits are juicy yet firm and typically weigh from 10 ounces to about a pound.

Start ‘Better Boy’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants about 36 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Vigorous indeterminate vines benefit from sturdy support and are noted for disease resistance.

Ready to harvest in about 75 days, begin picking fruits as they reach full size and develop their deep red color. Plants continue producing from midseason until frost.

Rich, juicy, and dependable, ‘Better Boy’ is especially well suited to slicing and fresh summer meals.

My #1 tomato plant year after year.

I try new tomato varieties every year, but the one constant is the Better Boy and it out performs every other variety hands down. Easy to take care of and the tomatoes taste and look great, plus they store well after harvest.

Beautiful and Tasty Tomato.

Grows fairly large tomatoes, tasty and reliable producer.
I grow these every year for family and friends. Good for sandwiches and burgers. Produce until frost.

Might be Terrible

If they are like the lettuce seeds I got from you the I'll only have 17% of the seeds promised. Then of the ones I planted not any germinated. And the promise of a replacement package of new seeds didn't arrive. As of now I would not expect any of my seeds to grow.
