‘Rainbow Blend Showstopper’ Beet is a colorful mix of five beet varieties selected for contrasting shades in the roots, stems, and foliage. The blend includes icy white, red-and-white rings, deep yellow, pink-and-white rings, and warm purple-red roots, offering a wide range of colors at harvest.
Sow ‘Rainbow Blend Showstopper’ directly in the garden during the cooler temperatures of spring or fall. Plant in loose, well-drained soil and keep the seedbed consistently moist while seedlings establish. Thin plants as they grow to give the developing roots enough room to size up properly.
Harvest the roots once they reach the desired size while they are still crisp and tender. Because this is a blend, individual roots will vary in color, shape, and appearance, adding variety to each harvest.
