‘Midnight Snack’ is an award-winning tomato and 2017 All-America Selections Winner prized for its dramatic black-purple coloring and heavy yields. Round cherry-sized fruits ripen red and develop glossy purple-black pigmentation wherever the skin receives direct sunlight.

Start ‘Midnight Snack’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants 24 to 36 inches apart, and grow in full sun. Heat-tolerant plants are highly productive and require support.

I have grown Midnight Snack for a couple of years, and they have been a favorite with all my friends. Some i give starter plants and others ripe tomatoes. The vines grow about 6-feet tall and produce tomatoes all season long.

I'm not sure what happened in 2021 bc the reviews reflect a mixup in the seeds received, but I ordered and grew these this year and they were true to description. They did the best of all my cherry/snack tomato varieties. Not only prolific but soo good. My 3 year olds couldn't wait to go outside and eat them. Definitely will be purchasing more!
