Growing Jelly Bean Red Hybrid Grape Tomato

‘Jelly Bean Red’ is a hybrid grape tomato prized for its colorful clusters and exceptional adaptability. Hardy plants produce clusters of up to 30 thin-skinned, grape-shaped fruits weighing slightly less than an ounce, with excellent resistance to cracking.

Start ‘Jelly Bean Red’ indoors for transplanting. Plant seeds about ¼ inch deep, space plants 18 to 24 inches apart, and grow in full sun. This variety is especially noted for strong disease resistance.

Ready to harvest in about 72 days, pick fruits as they reach their mature bright red color.

I did not get one seed to germinate. Maybe I did something wrong. Seeds were a little expensive, but I was hoping to grow some jelly beans tomatoes. I will look for some seeds in the area next time.
