When will my order ship?

Most seed orders will be shipped within two business days of us receiving the order barring high demand increases. Plants will be shipped at their proper planting time, depending on weather and location.

How do I place an order? 

Order Online: Add all desired products to shopping cart.  Enter contact & shipping information. Click "Continue to shipping" for full cost calculations.  Enter payment information & check out. 

Order by Phone: Call our customer service department at 1-803-663-1501, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. eastern time.

Order by Fax: Fax us a filled out order form to 1-844-273-0341, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Order by Mail:

Mail fully completed order forms in the provided envelope inside the catalog. If you do not have a catalog envelope, please mail all orders to:

How do I check the status of my order?

Log in to your account by clicking "Login" in the top right of the home page, or call our customer service department at 1-803-663-1501, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. eastern time. 

Can I change my order?

Please call our customer service department at 1-803-663-1501, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. eastern time to change or cancel a seed order. All changes will need to be made before the order is shipped. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Seeds ‘n Such accepts the following debit/credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. If ordering online, you can also pay with PayPal. You may also include a check or money order with mail orders.

How much do you charge for shipping & handling?

$2.99 flat rate on all domestic orders. $17.95 flat rate on all international orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?

(ENTER ONCE WE FINALIZE NEW POLICY) Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

What is your germination policy?

The germination rates of all our seeds are tested prior to sale. All seed sold by Seeds ‘n Such meets the minimum germination required by the Federal Seed Act. Germination issues must be reported within 45 days of receipt. 

Are your products GMO?

No, all of our seeds are Non-GMO and most all of our seeds are untreated. Any treated seeds will be labeled. 

What is the best way to store any unused seed?

We recommend storing all unused seed in an airtight container and in a dark cool space. With proper storage, seeds should be viable for at least one year.

Can I receive plants out of season?

No, plants are shipped straight from our growing stations according to the weather patterns in your location. You can order plants throughout the season, however; they will only ship during their designated seasons.

Is there a Seeds ‘n Such retail store I can visit?

Seeds ‘n Such does not have a public retail store. If you are located in or near the Graniteville area and would like to pick up an order, please call our customer service department at 1-803-663-1501, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. eastern time.

What is the difference between heirloom and hybrid seeds?

Heirloom seeds are open-pollinated, older seeds that have been passed down. Hybrid seeds are a cross between unrelated open-pollinated plants. Hybrid plants do not usually reproduce.
