Bred from French heirloom Flammé and Argentine heirloom Peron to produce a stronger, more productive, indeterminate plant than either parent.

Best tasting, early and trouble free

Having moved from the Midwest to the southern Willamette Valley, I’ve struggled for years to produce a good tasting tomato here. I’ve tried countless varieties, some of which worked well 1 year and not another.
These plants have been consistently vigorous, trouble free, very productive, and most importantly, delicious, with a complex rich flavor on the sweet side. They aren’t big and flashy, but they ripen relatively early and have produced over a variety of weather conditions. I even cut them up whole and cook them down for a delicious tomato sauce.
