Super Productive

This is my second year of growing Glacier tomatoes. Love them! They are so early! So much earlier than Early Girl. They tolerate cooler weather. Last fall we had a predicted frost and I covered my Early Girl and Glacier tomatoes exactly the same and the Early Girl died, the Glacier was fine. Less splitting than many varieties. They produced through October in western Oregon. I cut bunches of green tomatoes in late October and brought them inside and they ripened better than the other varieties. The tomatoes are small, but not cherry sized, and have good flavor. I dry them to use on salads for the winter and can salsa.
