Crisp, tender, sweet, bitter-free and dual-purpose, making perfect pickles when picked at 4 to 6-in. and superb slices at 6 to 8-in. in length. Completely bitter-free and low in acid, the skin is smooth, medium green, nearly spineless, thin and easily digested without peeling. Compact vines.
