Got Unicorn seeds with order. Started in hydroponics, have 4 plants, we probably ate 50 so far this winter and there are atleast 60 green and 6 red now. Vines grew to ceiling and back down and back up again. Close to 20 feet. Has very good tomato flavor. Plan on starting a couple plants for outside this summer.

Excellent germination

So far so good I planted four seeds and they all came up and are out doing any other seed considering I planted over 25 varieties I say that's good! I came back to see what kind of tomatoes they were cause they were a freebie and I thought since they're doing well it might be a good idea.

WOW! I now believe in Unicorns

I typically grow 4 to 5 varieties of tomato plants every year. Received this free pack and thought why not. It proved to be the best cherry tomato I have EVER grown! Sweet, prolific and despite the climate in Seattle these babies do not crack. They hold on the vine a tremendous amount of time, long after all others were done for the season. I'm a believer!!

Tasty Tomato

We received 6 free seeds, and they are one of the most prolific cherry tomato plants I have even grown! They are firm & really tasty! I'll be ordering more for next season!

Unicorn--watch out Sungold!

We live in 9b, rural Sonoma County (Northern CA) and have been plagued with wilts. I got these as a sample with my order, started the seeds indoors and planted in our upper terrace (which receivies full sun) with roughly 50% compost amendment. In addition, I gave them compost tea every 3 weeks. They came on early and strong in lovely draping clusters, no cracking and have an amazing sweetness. We snack on them while picking and rarely do any make it up the hill to the house. Our Unicorns were nearly dry-farmed and did beautifully. I also dry-farmed Sungold cherry tomatoes. Unicorns are slightly larger. Everyone agrees they taste even better than Sungold which is really something. I will be growing Unicorn every year from this point on.
